“What I liked was the price. What I didn’t like was how unclean it was and driving up to the property was a little bit of a hazard. Also, the smell wasn’t too pleasant, and then I was misled because I was informed through the advertisement or the listing that I would have the entire house to myself, and that was not the case even though I was only renting one room it said in the listing, I would have the entire house to myself, which was not true.”
