“Great stay! Staff very friendly, clean property and easily accessible to everything. ”

“La camera era vecchia e brutta. Il divano letto era scomodo e il materasso era avvolto in un telo di plastica impossibile da rimuovere. La piscina è sporca e tutti gli accessori sono arrugginiti. La colazione poi è un incubo, non c'è nulla di fresco ma anche le scelte sono scarse. La quantità di cibo e lo spazio a disposizione non erano nemmeno sufficienti per le persone presenti in hotel. ”

“We always stay here when we are in the area since our daughter attends school here, the rooms are clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Price is great when compared to other hotels especially when Binghamton has events .”

“It is a pet friendly hotel - however pets we were told were on the second floor and us on the third floor had barking dogs across from us. The front desk was informed and nothing was done to rectify this situation. ”

“My room was cancelled. I was late getting to my e-mail on Friday, learning they tried to contact me because my card was outdated. Although I had sent a reply, my room was cancelled. I accept blame for not verifying the card on file.”

“Did not utilize breakfast option, caretaker was very helpful upon arrival. Would stay there again.”

“Everything was great except the continental breakfast. Muffins ,bagels ,oranges,apples cereal ,milk coffee ,hard boiled eggs. That’s all. ”

“Refinishing paint job sloppy; broken window in bedroom; air conditioner barely keep room tolerable, even on 50 to 70 outside; scary outside stairs to navigate (thank goodness it didn't rain while using); if there was suppose to be any kind of breakfast or similar eat-on-the-go items, there wasn't. The new toilet was nice.”

“This was the most disappointing, disgusting stay in a LaQuinta we have ever experienced! The room was worn & dirty. Beds were uncomfortable. Any & all doors or drawers didn’t close properly. Hard furnishings were stained & dirty. Prior to Wyndham taking over the chain, this location was neat & tidy & a dependable spot to stay with dogs. No more!!!”

“Staff was very friendly and helpful. Answered any amd all my questions. The entire place was very clean and the rooms were nice. Just wish the two double bed room would have a refrigerator and maybe a microwave. ”

“Good parking, attentive staff, comfy bed, clean well sized room, good price, quiet and smoke (tobacco and other) free, so convenient to highway and downtown. Cons: peeling wall paper, wonky (but clean) toilet, stained tub. I think that a bunch of updates are happening as the 1st floor had a lot going on - did not affect our stay on the 2nd floor. Does have a gym and good sized indoor pool - but didn't use either. Has a hefty check in deposit, for somewhere outside of Miami or any other large...

“I loved that the staff was very helpful especially when the neighbors where being lost till 11 at night and letting there dog bark all night long. I was disapppiented when I got into my room and found cigarette butt all over the room and plaster in the tub from where the ceiling cracked. I would stay again and will bring stuff to clean my own room and ear plugs for disrespectful guest”

“bellissima struttura, ma fuori dal centro abitato se non avete un'auto non la consiglio. Non ripettano la colazione inclusa, abbiamo dovuto pagare per averla nonostante avessimo prenotato e pagato anche la colazione.”
