“Really nice resort. Awesome pools and activities for all ages. 2 bedroom suite was large, clean, comfortable and well appointed with kitchen essentials. Housekeeping staff was amazing. All-in-all, this was a very great place to stay, and we will definitely stay again. 5 *’s!”

“Place advertises a two bedroom SUITE which was just two hotel rooms with a lock off in between that does not even prop open when sharing with family. It stated it had a sofa and sofa bed which it does not. I had booked a poolside view and did not get it. Also had two construction related fire alarms where we had to evacuate one of them being 2am in the morning. Not impressed. Brandon and other bartender at pool bar were very nice.”

“I stayed here about a month ago. From the very start the service was great. Front desk staff was very helpful. I arrived earlier than anticipated and I was able to check in right away. I was alone and felt very safe on the property. Would definitely stay here again if I go back to PCB.”

“The staff were not as welcoming. We had issues with our dishwasher and accommodated us to a different room which was worse. There was mold in the bathroom and the beds need to be replaced already. Very sinked in. The leg tables of the kitchen table kept bending. The cleaning is done superficially. We were right next to the gym and at night all the kids would go in there and play with the equipment unable to get a good nights rest. The breakfast was ok but the hash browns were stale every single...

“Upon arrival check in was quick and hassle free. Room was ready didn’t have to wait after being on the road for over 7hrs. The staff were very nice, the whole property was clean from the outside to the lobby and to our room. It was a lot of food options around and grocery stores and not far from everything we planned to do vacation. Even rode the elevator with a staff member and she was so sweet asked us about how our stay was. We would definitely stay again.”

“Breakfast was good and free which is a bonus. The room and bed were very comfy. The staff were very helpful and kind. There is a coffee machine in the lobby to grind and make fresh coffee all day. The items in the small consession area are inexpensive and nice when you don't want to leave the property.”

“The TV in the King Suite was in front of the bed and you couldn’t see it from the couch which had a bad stain on it so passed on sitting on it. No extra linen for the couch sofa bed, carpet was wet when we checked in and maintenance seriously needs to learn how to caulk! It was obvious that the towels were just thrown on the shelves so in our opinion this is NOT a 3 star especially for 202.00 a night.”
