“Un po' deluso dal trattamento molto distaccato e non orientato a tenere al centro dell'attenzione l'ospite... nessun upgrade proposto a differenza del cliente che ha fatto il check in a fianco a me, nessuna possibilità di accedere alla lounge per vedere gli aerei decollare e atterrare, nessun drink di benvenuto, inoltre la camera aveva un problema con lo scarico della doccia da cui risaliva rumore continuamente”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find.
The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay.
Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

Per poi darmi una lettera di benvenuto con la scritta che l hotel è disponibile per un early check in
Ok ma se ti danno questa possibilità dopo che hai fatto check in che servizio è?
All interno 2 drink in omaggio che visto l attesa eterna di 8 ore avrebbero potuto chiedermi prima se volevo...
