“The balcony is really nice.
The toilet door doesn’t shut.
Make my room light go off as I pull the card out, so room cleaning was not done.
Despite telling the staff and at the reception verbally, the making the room was not done for 2 days during my stay.”

“We stayed at the hotel for a few hours before catching our next flight. The airport shuttle service was excellent quick, well-organized, and easy to find.
The room, although small, was comfortable and suitable for a short stay.
Unfortunately, we did notice some issues with cleanliness: there were traces of toothpaste and a few hairs in the bathroom, presumably from the previous guest. A bit more attention to cleaning, especially in the bathroom, would greatly improve the overall experience.”

“We just stayed 2 nights over a busy weekend. The place was on an easy reach to Due Drop event center, very clean, with lovely bedding and comfy big bed, new bathroom and heaps of hot water. There is also a kitchenette that we did not use but it is in the area with not too many near by eateries - so get organized for food in time!”

“The bed was comfortable, and we had a reasonable as we had just a overnight stay. However, the hotel is looking quite tired and run down and could really do with some TLC and updating. With a little more attention to maintenance and presentation, it could be a much nicer place to stay.”
