Also had a coffee machine issue. She had a brand new delivered from Walmart with coffee. Outstanding stay. ”

“Great 2 bedroom place with big TV in the living room and full kitchen. We stayed for 8 days and set up 2 offices to work from during the day. VERY comfortable main bed and strong AC. Close to downtown SLO, Madonna Inn, Edna Valley vineyards, and Pismo Beach. The owner was very proactive with communications and explained everything for check in, check out, and everything else. Parking spaces are a little narrow so if you have a big truck it might be tight.”

“Grover beach is a lot less crowded than Pismo beach - not just the beach, but also the town. Beach access at Grover Beach, Monarch butterfly Grove, Vons (safeway), big chevron gas station are all with 5mins of driving and even walkable. Pismo beach is 10mins away. Sunset views are spectacular from the windows of the great room facing west and the small balcony. Parking is in a designated open spot, but behind a gate, so feels more secure than street parking. “We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this wonderfully appointed residence while visiting CalPoly SLO. The house feels tucked away, and we enjoyed the vista from from the patio lounge furniture with fire pit and heater for the evenings. We appreciated all the labels and clear instructions in the house. Easy entry. We lacked for nothing. Had fun in the garage with the ping-pong table. ”
