“The staff was very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately after my first night there I noticed bed bug bites. I demanded to be moved to a fully sanitized room, which they did--but sanitization should happen preventively, not in response to bad customer experiences. There is no desk and no chair, so it's hard to do any work in the room. The sheets are threadbare. None of it is a dealbreaker except for the bed bugs. Thankfully my following 5 nights in the new room there was no problem.”

“First time in Taiwan, the hotel was amazing”

“A wonderful hotel and I'd stay there again. It was clean, quiet, the beds were very comfortable and the blanket was so soft. The rooms are large enough for luggage and the windows were big. It's next to transit so easy access to the airport and a bit longer to go into the city. There are only 3 elevators though and there happened to be a wedding on the 2nd floor with people going in and out while we were there so be prepared to wait a bit. Highly recommend staying there though.”

“Room are clean accept stain mark at the mattress this is definately a LOVER HOTEL my 4 days stay was fine.”

“Clean room, excellent shower but no bidet.”

“The property had clearly had a recent renovation. On the surface it was good. Beds comfortable etc. However there was a lot of exposed electrical wiring just inside the closet and cubboards and a lack of charging outlets. Furthermore, while it was lovely that the hotel provided us with a free breakfast voucher for the restaurant next door... it had to have been one of hte worst breakfast buffets i've ever experienced. Cold food, no meat options, no fresh coffee etc. I rarely get anything for...

“Very good location and very good pool and views. Room was world class and so nice. Staff were great and helpful accomodating an early check in.”

“Nice services, good space in the room, still very humid”

“Perfect location”
