They offered special nights showing how to make traditional Japanese food and offered advice on finding restaurants and transportation. We would highly recommend Bliss Lodge!”

“An elegant designer hotel with exquisite suites, furniture and views over the Yotei mountain. The biggest bed we have ever slept in, probably 240 cm large. It hosts a Michelin stared sushi restaurant as well. Close to the gondola. We loved everything about the hotel, the staff is amazing, friendly, helpful and polite. They have picked us up from the train station and also arranged a small welcome present for my husband’s birthday. Would come back any time!”

“The Gondola Chalet was the perfect place for my group snowboarding at Grand Hirafu. Easy to find and check in. The chalets are walking distance to the King Gondola. So easy to get to the mountain first thing in the morning. The chalets have a great view, lots of room, very clean and everything you’ll need in the kitchen. We cooked at the chalet twice and walked to dinner nearby at some very yummy restaurants. This place is better than advertised. The concierge is very helpful and even left us...

“We had a very comfortable stay with complete amenities in the house. Feeling calm and healing atmosphere as we were surrounded by a beautuful snowy landscape. Love the view especially morning sunrise as we can see Mt Yotei clearly from the room. The guest services is good as they have been accomodationg although earlier there was a few problems arising during our check-in. We might consider staying here again for our next winter hoilday.”

“We had an incredible stay at Kozue in Niseko! The customer service was exceptional. Natasha and the staff were amazing, friendly, responsive, and so easy to get along with. They went above and beyond to assist us with everything, from arranging our airport pickup to helping us with snowboard equipment rentals and transportation. “Great little condo, although was a little tricky to find at first. That said, there was someone waiting to answer the phone when we needed to call to find it. Condo has a free ski shuttle in the mornings and afternoons that is shared with another place or two. Worked fine unless you need to leave during mid-day. The kitchenette does not have a stove, so you can't really cook anything, just heat up stuff in the microwave. This was a big bummer and they should add a hot plate or single burner...
