“Appartamento in posizione eccezionale. Appartamento praticamente nuovo e molto adatto a famiglie. unico difetto finestra piccola in camera matrimoniale non coperta da tenda o oscurante e alle 6:30 sveglia naturale con il sole. ”

“Appartamento pulitissimo, funzionale e in pieno centro storico con piccolo balcone delizioso. Ho apprezzato molto il self check-in e la signora Francesca è stata sempre a disposizione tramite WhatsApp, sia per consigli sul nostro soggiorno, sia per alcune richieste a cui ha sempre risposto rapidamente in modo esaustivo. Inoltre abbiamo trovato una piacevolissima sorpresa inaspettata, ma molto gradita e devo dire che queste attenzioni fanno veramente la differenza.”

“It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all.”

“This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. ”

“Excellent location and very close to town and restaurants. There is an incline to get to the property if you are walking from the train station which is only 7-10 mins. However, it is not that bad. The property is easy to access. There are a few items that needed repair while we stayed. there are no toiletries in the apartment so make sure you have enough shampoo and soaps. Also we had ants everywhere in the apartment. It was not a big deal. We just placed all of our food in the refrigerator....

“Very nicely located property. 5-8 minutes to the water. Less than 1 km to train. Very competitive price. Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us”

“Nous avons été excellemment reçues par Claudine et même avant notre arrivée les échanges étaient complets et rapides. La ville de sala Comacina est super bien placée par rapport aux différents points d’intérêts du Lac de Côme. Et en vous y baladant, dont par la Green way qui passe juste au-dessus de l’appartement, vous vous rendrez compte que c’est super village. Avoir accès au parking était extrêmement précieux (ne venait pas dans la région avec un 4*4 ou une berline sauf si vous voulez...

“Amazing views. Lovely home with everything you need.Directions to property perfect.we went to Como, saw views from ferry boats, had great meals, local, restaurants and went to top of mountain to explore. Would definitely come again!”

“Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter der Ferienwohnung hat bestens geklappt. Die Klima ist zwei mal ausgefallen, das Problem wurde aber sofort behoben. Sonst gab es alles was man braucht. Der Pool könnte öfters gereinigt werden aber das war nur eine Kleinigkeit. Insgesamt war alles gut. ”

“We have been visiting Menaggio on a pretty regular basis since 1992 and have never had a bad experience. The Mira Al Lago was no exception. The place is marvelous. It is quiet, pleasant, clean, and offers a wonderful and relaxing view of Lago di Como from the house or from the perfectly placed patio. It was the perfect place for us to relax at the end of a long adventure of visiting friends and family in Spain and Italy. Grazie mille a tutti quelli di Lake Como Holiday per il vostro aiuto.”

“We loved the cosy Apartment and it was sufficient for our needs. However, we were not aware of such a busy road outside the entrance and with small children in toe a bit problematic to watch in the narrow street. Also, the metal sewer plate right in front of the apartment in the ground rattles every time a car drives over it. A bit disturbing to hear constantly in the apartment at night.”

“This apartment/condo seems like it was recently updated and was very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing. Our only note is that you really should have a car to stay at this location. Walking to town involves walking for ~150 meters on the edge of the main road, which seemed dangerous while doing it. Also, DO NOT try to walk with luggage from the ferry.”

“Although it was advertised as a second floor, we truly had to walk approximately four floors from the street up to our second floor. I will say the view was beautiful, however finding the location and finding the management office to obtain the keys Was very difficult Additionally, the sofa bed was in such bad shape. We felt crippled when we left.”

“La struttura di per sé è carina, ma purtroppo lasciata a sé stessa. Scarsa comunicazione sulle modalità di check-in che viene fatto in un posto lontano dal residence. La pulizia della camera nella media, purtroppo ci siamo ritrovati delle ragnatele sopra il letto. In tarda serata è mancata l'acqua calda, purtroppo. Il posto è comodo per vedere il lago e la villa del Balbaniello, ma per il resto c'è poco. Nel complesso la permanenza è stata piacevole grazie alla piscina esterna, ma reputo il...
