“Roger greeted us upon arrival and was such a joy. He made it feel like we were family. The room is exquisite in architecture and with a balcony and private bath, it is perfect to sit and look out at the museum and people walking. It is a half mile walk into the heart of town which is perfect to experience Brooksville. Breakfast in the morning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to our friends. ”

“The owner of the property met us as soon as we pulled up to show us a better parking spot, introduce us to his adorable well behaved dogs " Blue was my favorite" and to get us familiar with what the property had to offer. Beautiful little ranch. With two beautiful horses. Our cottage was very quaint and spotless with Roku TV and Netflix which was nice. There was also other nice touches like in room coffee, water, mini muffins and yogurt in the mini fridge. I will definitely plan a future...

After many texts, they sent me credit since the new location was inferior. They sent a screenshot of the reservation. I had no way to verify, access or confirm that reservation. “We didn’t get the house we originally paid for, the house stunk , had a spiral staircase, one of the doors didn’t lock, the bedrooms only had a lamp, also the electrical outlets were a little scary. The downstairs bathroom did not have a doorknob.We stayed here only because this was the second time of a rental company switching houses on us in this area. Not a pleasant experience during Christmas break.”
