Amazing home and perfect for my family!!! Everything you need is right there! The pool and outdoor space were a dream and amazing for entertaining. Beach, restaurants, shopping all within a 10 minute drive. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, highly recommend.

This home was perfect! It had everything we needed and the hot tub actually got hot! We were visiting family and loved being able to host everyone at the house and let the kids swim! We made so many memories here. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Words cannot possibly describe the property that we stayed at far surpassed any photos that I saw or any other property I have ever stayed at. Top notch, high-end and he did not forget a possible thing that anyone staying there could possibly have needed communication only took minutes for a response. To rate him a 10 would be an injustice. I would give it more like a 20. Cannot wait to go back.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Nokomis, Florida! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect—just a short drive to the beach, great restaurants, and plenty of fun things to do nearby.The space itself was comfortable and well maintained, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We especially loved spending time outside enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Everything was exactly as described (if not better), and the hosts clearly put a lot of thought into making guests feel welcome.Communication with the host was easy and quick, which made the whole experience even better. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Nokomis. Can’t wait to come back!

We had one of the best vacation rental experiences we’ve ever had at this property. From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, clean, and impeccably maintained. The home was truly immaculate and exceeded our expectations in every way.The host’s communication was outstanding—prompt, helpful, and proactive throughout our stay. Every question was answered quickly, and we always felt well taken care of.What really sets this property apart is the incredible attention to detail and the amazing amenities. The owners seemed to think of absolutely everything. Beach chairs, umbrellas, a beach wagon, swimming goggles, air pumps, blenders, pressure cookers, and countless other supplies were all provided. No matter what we needed, it was already there.It’s rare to find a property that combines such a beautiful space with this level of convenience and hospitality. The thoughtful extras made our vacation easier, more enjoyable, and completely stress-free.I highly recommend this property to anyone considering a stay. It ranks among the very best vacation rentals we’ve ever experienced, and we would gladly return again. Five stars all the way!

This property is amazing! At first we were surprised that such an upscale house was not in an upscale community (we were not familiar with Nokomis area). But don't let that fool you. The neighborhood was quiet and clean and very safe. The house is a true stunner, inside and out. The tastefully decorated new and modern house was equipped to the nines! We had everything we needed for an exceptional and restful time away. The backyard was secluded and gorgeous, with pristine gardens, lovely lighting, and a recreational area with lawn games. It was a short drive to beach and to a quaint downtown walkable area. Our host was very responsive when we reached out with questions. Some houses feel like you are renting someone's home. This felt like a dedicated and very clean rental space that ran more like a professional B&B. Don't miss out on this gem if you are headed to Nokomis!

This was such an awesome property it is difficult to know where to start!!!First, this property is stunning…top of the line everything inside and outside. Upon arrival we were greeted with a bottle of wine, snack box, and a lovely personalized note wishing us a great vacation. On the counter was a large container of fresh, filtered water. We have stayed in many rentals and never has this been done!The house is very comfortable with great seating and comfortable beds. The kitchen is filled with high-end appliances from toaster to waffle iron, a very nice “coffee maker” which brews specialty coffees….i was intimidatedThe primary suite was very comfortable and the luxury bath exceeds most personal home….Robes and house shoes are provided….again, never have I had this happen. The outdoor area is stunning with heated spa/pool, lovely, multicolored lighting outside the pool cage with fire pit and game area. Something for everyone! The outdoor dining area is above and beyond with great prep area, lovely dining area. The outdoor seating is comfortable with a fire lit table, television all done with gorgeous black marble on the walls….it is all so very elegant I had a hard time forcing myself to go inside. I spent every morning in the spa with coffee then back and forth to the pool then to the pool Sun deck and chairs. There was no reason to leave the house except to eat out if one does not want to cook. The garage is stocked with anything needed for the beach…

Our host, Tomas, was great. He was always responsive, even pro-active in many cases. The property and house were way above our expectations. The house was beautifully decorated, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. We could not have asked for a better experience.
The beautiful heated salt water pool and spa at night. The lighting was very pretty.
The pool and outdoor plantings with lighting were beautiful!
