“全体的に老朽化してる感じでバスルームの扉の隙間が空いていて水が部屋の中にも飛んでしまいました。
冷蔵庫の動きに連動して数分ごとにTVの映像が途切れます。
部屋にもよると思いますが、場所、価格、スタッフの対応はとてもいいので、宿に 快適さを求めない方には最適だと思います。”

“Besides the fact that it’s extremely old, besides the fact that it took almost 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower, besides the fact that the staff was totally ignoring the customers, the most shocking part was getting the gym access refused due to my shoes. Basically my gym shoes were “too dirty” to get inside. ABSURD! 20 years travelling the world in any kind of hotel and never heard something like that! Shoes that were always been used indoor, so no mud or else.

“昨年、利用して立地も交通便もよかったので再度利用しました。
騒音は全く気になりませんでした。
フロントの方の対応がとても不快だったので書かせていただきます。
清掃希望のカードをドアにかけてましたが、ベッドシーツだけ整えられていてゴミは捨てられていない、タオル類も撤去はされましたが補充はされておりませんでした。
その旨、フロントに伝えましたが清掃員が2名に別れていてタオル類の補充スタッフがまだ変えていないとのこと。その時点で夕方18時だったので、そんなことあるかなと思いましたが外出。帰ってきましたがやはり補充されてませんでした。
部屋の電話が繋がらなかったので再度フロントに行って伝えましたが、別のスタッフに変わっていました。
このスタッフがとても対応が最悪でした。タオル類ないことを英語と拙い韓国語で伝えますが、終始は？という顔。
韓国語を貫いて話してきて伝えようという努力感じられませんでした。日本語対応と書いてあったのに。
なんとか受け取りましたが不快感はずっと残っています。

We tried the restaurant on the B1 floor for dinner and the food was cold and the quality was bad.
Also it is not written anywhere on hotels.com and on the reservation but if you want to use the swimming pool bring a hat or you can’t use it!
