“Besides the fact that it’s extremely old, besides the fact that it took almost 10 minutes to get hot water in the shower, besides the fact that the staff was totally ignoring the customers, the most shocking part was getting the gym access refused due to my shoes. Basically my gym shoes were “too dirty” to get inside. ABSURD! 20 years travelling the world in any kind of hotel and never heard something like that! Shoes that were always been used indoor, so no mud or else.

Ideal location for skincare needs as clinics are right in front of you. Elevator access available for floors. Easy accessibility after hours getting into building after lobby hours are closed. “Overall, a good stay. While the hotel is a bit far from the city, I was satisfied with most aspects of my experience. I did book during a “new opening” promotion, so I was expecting a newer property. This part was a little underwhelming as the hotel isn’t actually new.
That said, the customer service truly stood out. A special thank you to the lady who assisted me during check-in & check-out, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, which made a great first impression.”
