Stephan the owner is truly a nice guy who can help you with everything you need. Room is quite big. You need a car to move around. Place is quiet and it is definitely worth a stay.

Stephan's been a very gentle host, he was always ready to help us in orginizing our holiday, and available to fix some little inconvenients... the apt is cleaned every day, this was a plus for us with a small child... very usefull the phone

This property was an amazing experience. It was very nice and quiet, inside the apartments were very nice and clean. Had dishes silverwear etc fully stocked. It truly gave u a taste of living on your own in aruba it was amazing i will be staying here again in the future. Everyone is so fast to help you in anything you need. The beach was only maybe a 10 minute walk. All the food etc easily walkable. It had everything we ever couldve asked for and we truly appreciated the experience.

Stephan was very easy to communicate with leading up to our trip. He had a driver pick us up from the airport and then once we arrived at the apartment let us know of an inexpensive car rental right down the road (very walkable) as well as a little shop for snacks that is open well into the night. The apartment was clean and efficient for what we needed. The location was central and walkable to our favorite restaurant, Wacky Wahoos. This is an accommodation we will choose again and recommend to our friends.

Stayed here with my 2 adult children. Was a cute little place with all we needed. Kitchen stocked with all things needed to cook. House keeper was so sweet and cleaned our room daily. She made my daughters birthday by having balloons on her bed when we came back for lunch. Very nice quiet location with great garden and pool. We would for sure come back!

Amazing place and lovely host. Pool was lovely and the apartment has all your basics for cooking. It’s located about a 15 minute walk from the main palm bay strip and beach. I would say the walk to the strip is NOT walkable though, Especially if you have kids as it’s a busy road and there’s stray dogs ( one even followed us barking one night ) so you definitely need a car as the grocery store is a good 20 min walk again along a really busy road.

Our time in Aruba was enhanced by staying at Pauline's Apartments. Stephan was so helpful, the staff was friendly, the aura quiet, clean, and welcoming. We had a fabulous week in Aruba while staying at Pauline's Apartments! It was a bit difficult to find for the first time (I recommend downloading the app maps.me before going - it doesn't use data and was indispensable for getting around the island by rental car). We enjoyed our breakfast each morning on our shaded porch. After a day of snorkeling at one of the beautiful beaches, we often lounged by the pool or checked out the reading material in the communal library. Having a frig, microwave and stovetop really helped, as we ate breakfasts at our apartment, packed a lunch for the beach, and then ate dinners out. The bed was firm and comfortable, the shower was strong and hot, and the living area was spacious. No complaints at all!

Incredible! Stephan was super helpful and provided really useful tips and guidance as needed. We had some issues at the airport and they were able to accommodate our late arrival, which we were extremely grateful for. Could not recommend it enough.

It was perfect for us: quiet, shady, unpretentious, clean and spacious. The hosts communicated instantly when needed and were cordial and helpful. Very convenient to all the Palm Beach ameniities without any of the noise and glitz. Homey and spotlessly clean. The staff was warm and friendly. we will definitely be back!

Kommunikation inden ankomst var nemt og problemfrit. Vi bookede transfer fra lufthavnen og Alex var meget venlig og hjælpsom. Vi har boet på Paulines i fire nætter og været rigtig glade for vores ophold. Værelset har alt du skal bruge og er rent og pænt. Pool området er roligt og perfekt til en afslappende start på dagen. Daglig rengøring og søde mennesker. Tak for en god oplevelse!

Best choice in Aruba
Great big appartment close to everything, you can even walk to many restaurants and bars. Nice pool which we mostly had to ourselves. Also 2 BBQ areas if you decide to stay in. Stephan is a wonderful host who contacted us directly after booking and stayed in touch from the moment our plane landed throughout our stay. Hopefully we can return to Pauline’s Appartments one day.

Great value stay!
The room is amazing, especially for the price! The property manager met us upon arrival to give us all the details including discounts at local restaurants and the code to the alarm system and the safety box. The pool area is also very nice for a relaxing afternoon after the beach and there are also two grills that we used for burgers one night. The only complaint is that the apartments are located right next to a chicken farm so you hear them at least 2-3 times per night which can get very annoying but other than that everything was great!

Budget Quality Apartment
The vegetation around the condo is beautiful. It is a lower cost apartment with an Aruban home feel. The pool is tiny and did not look that clean so we did not use it. The location was close enough to walk to town but there is a dangerous stretch without lights where cars drive too fast so renting a car is imperative. The apartment was cleaned well daily but the sheets need to be upgraded. There is still no full length mirror which was a complaint from 2018. There were plumbing issues in our unit as the water leaked into the rest of the bathroom from the shower. Our refrigerator was very noisy, sounded like the compressor was going so we did not really use it as we would in an updated apartment. We booked our second half of our vacation in a more upgraded apartment with in suite laundry and by comparison it was a much better option at not much greater cost.

Clean, Safe, and Convenient
This apartment was very comfortable as it had a lot of space so my family wasn’t constantly on top of each other. There is a sitting area and a full kitchen with table to eat at so we were able to have breakfast every morning before we headed out. Be aware that this apartment is not on the beach BUT it is a short walk and to be honest, it’s not that bad. I would say 3/4 of a mile at most. Our 9 year old had no problem at all. Stephan communicated with us constantly both before and during our stay and was very flexible with us since we didn’t have a set time of arrival. The apparently has a iron gate in addition to an alarm you can set so that you can feel your personal items are safe (yes there is a safe too). I recommend this for anyone who wants to have a budget friendly trip to the island, but also stay in a clean comfortable and safe place. They even helped schedule a taxi both to the apartment and back to the airport! Such an easy stress free trip! Thank you so much Stephan Patrick, and Alex you guys made our first visit to the island wonderful!

We had a great time at Pauline's. Stephan arranged for a transfer from the airport and was there to meet us at the apartment to check-in. The apartment was very big and clean. It is perfect for a clean place to stay especially when you are going to be out enjoying all the things Aruba has to offer alll day!

The property is really well located, about 10min walk from palm beach, restaurants and bus stop. The owner Stephan is very nice and helpful. The apartment was clean and well furnished. The common areas were even better than what was shown on the pictures. Great pool and yard, bbq, hammocks, outside dinning place. I would surely go back to Pauline's apartment or refer it to a friend.

We rented the house on this property and it was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. Check in with Patrick was great. We had an electrical outage in the area and he was readily available and drove the 25-minute drive to bring us candles. So sweet! Communication with owner was great as well. The staff on property was super friendly and nice. I will definitely be back! 🙂

Espectacular
El lugar es muy cálido, acogedor y con todas las facilidades, tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, aire acondicionado, toallas de playa, sillas de playa. Es realmente muy cómodo y acogedor.

Family - 2 nights
We stayed 2 nights at Pauline's. The service was excellent: Stephan and Kenneth made sure that we are ready for our vacation. The apartments are clean and comfort (Big rooms) and in a quiet good condition. The apartments located about 1 mile from the hotels and restaurants area of Noord and could be access easily.
