I called the hotel to ask about a shuttle from the airport, and they told me exactly where to meet a shuttle within the next 20 minutes. “Roberto has been an excellent host. We had a snag on our last visit a few weeks before. However he more than made us whole at this visit. Would also recommend the breakfast with real eggs! Rooms and beds are comfortable. Would definitely return, again.”

“I felt the pillows were not clean and smelled weird. The room was a bit tight, and the carpet looked rather worn and unclean. On the bright side, the staff, although a bit devoid of personality and enthusiasm, seemed helpful. Breakfast was good. Room numbering and direction is a bit confusing when you start from the foyer.”

“Staff were not too friendly and breakfast was cold and bland. The room itself was clean and in good order. It’s close to the airport which is nice. One of the exterior doors did not read my key card well and one of the elevators was not operating correctly. ”
