The rooftop was an added bonus and a nice place to relax in the sun or in the evening with a cocktail! They had plenty of paper towel, toilet paper, and towels for the week, which was a pleasant surprise. Often times, rentals only offer a small supply. “What a perfect spot! The four of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We loved the backyard bbq area, which was an incredible added bonus to an already perfect home. The kitchen was well equipped, the bedrooms were comfortable, the living room was spacious with a wonderful couch, and the area was great for walking and exploring the beautiful architecture of this Denver neighborhood.”

“This property is called the "Little House". We found it to be spacious, imaculate and well appointed. The location was convenient to our sightseeing and the neighborhood was quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay!”

“We really enjoyed the area, walkable and full of nice restaurants. We stled downtown, to the aquarium, the stadium and Meow Wolf on different days. The house has everything you need. Attached parking was great, hot tub was perfect early morning, and when the sun when down and the breeze picked up. ”

“Great location for events at Empower Stadium. The condo was just at as listed. Plenty of room for couples or family gathering and enough private bedrooms for quote time. Rooftop deck was an added plus. Great kitchen for preparing meals should you not want to go out for meals.”

The beds were a bit firm but we still slept well. There was plenty of extra bed and bath linens available. The rooftop patio was wonderful. We used it every evening of our stay.
