Cottage a Noreste de Wisconsin

“The cabin was cozy and comfortable. There were some coffee cups in the cupboard that were dirty, but they were probably left there by previous guests. Pictures of the yard were a little misleading. We thought we were closer to the lake, but it was actually through the neighbors yard that we could see. My sister had a hard time trying to work the tv. Instructions would be nice for those not familiar. But we did have a great stay there and i would recommend them.”

“Ryan and Heidi are the Best. We had some minor issues and they came a took care of them that same day. I have read some reviews where they talked about the water but if you ever lived in the country you know there can an odor . We used the water for everything. My siblings and I have my been doing yearly get aways for about 30 years and this was one of the better places we have stayed Again thank you Ryan and Heidi.”

Not only was it easy to find and right in the middle of where we wanted to be, it was exactly as advertised as a quaint, clean, and very cozy one bedroom cottage that i would highly recommend anyone visiting Door County to look into staying at. “Mouse infestation, dirty sheets, and hair covered floors did not make for a good stay. We saw three mice Saturday night. Our bag had to be kept in our garage upon return to ensure the problem didn’t spread to our house. ”

“Very family friendly. The old games and musical instruments were a hit with my grandkids. The owner had the pullout beds made up and ready which was a plus. The only negative was 7 people in one bathroom but we were fully aware of that going in. ”

“The cottage was very easy to get to and very accessible to Sturgeon Bay. We did have an issue with some yellow jackets, but I believe Rick's dad, was kind enough and bought an extra can of spray, since the current can only had enough to kill a few on the nest. Small suggestion, to possibly add more reinforcement to the queen size bunk bed. My daughter and husband said it was coming through the slats causing them to roll in towards the middle. But overall they still rested well and the cottage...

“My wife and I do an annual retreat every year where we take a few days to relax, read, and spend time together. Door County in the off-season has fewer people and Snug Harbor is a great place to stay. It is always clean, in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of the downtown area, and quite peaceful. The gas fireplace and view out the front window are particular highlights of the cottage we stayed in. This is our fourth time staying at Snug Harbor and we have never been...
