“Room was clean ,staff was friendly, bed was comdfortable but the AC was not working properly. Room stayed at 75 degrees when AC was set at 62.”

“Was not a fan of the fake balcony. I understand the ability to open the doors is nice but to have it look gated isn’t a good look and very uncomfortable with children. I’d almost rather a big window bay instead of what looks like a balcony”
