Hotel per fare shopping a Norfolk - Virginia Beach

“The toilet in our room wouldn’t flush properly. Tried to call the front desk using the phone in the room, but there was no connection to the front desk. There was no bath gel wash in the container in the shower. Lighting in the room is very dim.”

“Everyone was very accommodating! We were in town for a basketball tournament and Hilton allowed an early check in (1pm) once the room was clean. Room was freshly cleaned, valet was on deck, ready to go, pool rooftop hang was clutch. Thank you Hilton you are the Bom.com”

“We stayed on Mother’s Day and reserved a table in the restaurant. After waiting for 2 1/2 hours, we were told that they don’t know how long it will take to get food. No apologies from anyone. next morning’s breakfast was a joke… really bad. We and our friends will never stay there again ever.”

“Overall, the property was clean. However, it seemed to be under staffed. Our sheets were dirty when we arrived and when I shared this with the front desk she was alone and had to give us a completely different room (a much better room although same amenities). Also, the staff on when we checked out was rude, unfriendly and unhelpful. I was so annoyed that I forgot to get her name.”

“The hot tub was broken our entire trip. We could not ever get hot water for our shower. We were told to let water run for 15-20 minutes! That is such a flagrant waste of precious water and should NOT be allowed. We had to sign in to internet DAILY and sometimes ThAT was not working either!? Many times during our stay the elevator did not work. We assumed we would have a balcony but did not. We sat on the 3rd floor hotel balcony only to be locked out! It was 3 in the afternoon. Washing machine...
