“Bath: tub very slippery w/ no tub mat to prevent slips, toilet lower than elementary school’s, and no grab bars in shower/tub - a health and safety hazard. Getting access to WiFi was a nightmare/ not at all user friendly as even admitted by the front desk staff. Transitions from elevators to carpeted floors make rolling suitcases an other nightmare.
