“Very cute, warm cosy room. Tastefully decorated and such an amazing shower with a rain head as well!! Easy checkin, just a 5 minute walk to little manly beach and a short 5 minute drive to Whangaparoa shopping centre. All in all a beautiful spot and place. Just be aware there isn’t a full kitchen, just the usual toaster, capsule coffee machine and hot water kettle. The hosts gave a nice little touch couple of chocolates each upon arrival as well.”

“Amazing kitchen facilities, with everything you need to cook and drink. Teas and coffee selections with so many choices. Lovely unit with generous bedroom, pillows and space for your suitcase, clothes etc. Good bathroom though I did find the shower floor a bit slippery when wet. Check in process a breeze and lots of information to hand regarding what to do in and around Orewa. Lovely decor and felt very homely and welcoming. ”

“We had an amazing stay. The condo is well outfitted and perfectly set up for our needs with each bedroom having a bathroom. The location can’t be beat - steps across from beach access and restaurants. The 2 bedrooms without air conditioning can get warm but are easily cooled down with the doors and fans. Would stay again. ”

“They were such gracious hosts! Providing so much more food than necessary (but gratefully recieved!) Gave us our privacy while making sure we were comfortable. I would stay with them any time. It's not flash - but every effort was made for comfort and utility! Grateful we found them.”

“The host was very responsive to emails. The house was everything we expected and very convenient for where we wanted to go. If visiting in winter, the house was plenty warm enough, but we would recommend slippers unless you are happy to wear outside shoes indoors. The rooms aren't carpeted so slippers would have been lovely. There was everything we needed in the kitchen.”

“The accommodation is great, really spacious and modern. WIFI is a bit sketchy, and seems to be shared with owners upstairs, along with the hot water, which honestly can take ages to come through and can take time to re heat itself. Duvet in main bedroom leaves a bit to desire with stains all over it, was just thrown on the floor as luckily was hot enough not to need it. But a really nice spacious apartment.”
