Hotel a North Barrington

“L'inizio è stato terribile 2 ore per aspettare la navetta perché hanno un solo bus per due hôtels (incredibile) e lo stesso ha anche saltato una corsa. Alla fine è arrivato un bus e vi è stato l'assalto alla diligenza . Tutti a bordo impacchettati all'inverosimile con il vano bagagli che scoppiava. Risultato : una nostra valigia è rimasta danneggiata ed ovviamente la colpa non è di nessuna. Se pensate di utilizzare un hotel con navetta escludete sicuramente Hyatt place. “Great find!!! Great staff! Awesome spa area which was maintained very well, and fun little bar. The only it did lack was food on premises, but, literally right outside the hotel doors, there are plenty of options! All around a great hotel”

“We booked and prepaid for a “Deluxe King size room”. We were given a room with a double bed. In addition, I called the hotel twice the day we were to arrive and did not get an answer. I also sent a text to ask about an airport shuttle service. We finally assumed there wasn’t a shuttle service.”

“We had to move 3 times because the ACs were not working peoperly. The van only runs on the hour and only if you call we had to wait an hour on pick up because the driver decided to get gas first. The Van is old and filthy and the pick up driver didn't help with the luggage, they only begin to run at 7am but that is actually when the driver is suppoed to clock on, he was 10 minutes late. And the ride to the airport is a minimum 20 minutes with no traffic, we will not stay here again. Their was a...

“This resort was just ok imo. Pretty old and dated. Not the worst place I’ve been but needs work. Carpet old , old scratched up furnishings in the rooms. ATP no hotel should have a tub only glassed in showers. Didn’t use the amenities like the bowling alley as it was closed when we arrived. This place is def for golfers. Asked for a room w a view of the GC and what I got was a view of a parking lot and trees blocked the view of the course. Although Itasca itself didn’t have much to offer it is...
