“Me and my husband got there and the check-in process was ok we got our privilege bands but after that it went left the was not welcome like other resorts we been to, the property smelled like cat pee and vomit. When we got to our room it’s was clean and the view was great but with our package we got bulter service that was horrible. “Geejam was a breath of fresh air after cancelling & leaving another property in Portland early & concluding our vacation here. The staff was very kind & hospitable. We definitely enjoyed the free breakfast daily & the food was good. We had a good time at dinner as well & drinks were made well. “The Grand Palladium and Lady Hamilton Resort is stunning! It’s well maintained and the staff is nice. We stayed in a Bungalow at the Signature Room, which has upgraded amenities, a private pool, and private beach access, with welcome and departure gifts. The ocean view balcony has a stunning view.
