“The property is very visually appealing and clean. Even though JOIA itself was somewhat small “small” having access to the other two adjoining properties made up for that. Of the three, JOIA to us had the nicest beach as even though small it had way less of the plagued seaweed that is sweeping across the Caribbean. Staff were courteous and helpful. “We had a fantastic stay. Customer service was great. We loved that the resort not too large and so we could easily walk to different areas of it as needed. Perhaps the best part though was the food, in particular the Jamaican food. We were impressed with the variety of Jamaican dishes available. Everything was delicious and we never ran into any issues with food running out at any of the eating areas (which is usually a common issue we run into when we visit Jamaica)”

My cousin requested more coffee because the coffee was cold and a waitress refused to serve her more coffee and told her that they were all out of coffee. She asked another waitress and got more coffee ”
