“There were no in-room amenities beyond tea, coffee, and a kettle. As competitive bodybuilders, a microwave is essential, and I should have checked beforehand. Underground parking was full, so we parked in the outdoor lot, which had poor lighting in the rain, and mud tracked into the room on arrival. The air conditioning needs servicing—the filter was filthy, making it inefficient. The pillows were hard like straw, and the mattress lacked a topper. “Room was very clean, with comfortable beds! Enough room for 5 of us. Newly renovated. On a busy street, but didn’t disturb our sleep. Better than described, we were pleasantly surprised! ”
