Hotel vicino a North Courtyard - Kansas City

“This could have been a nice stay but there was a large group partying that made it miserable. Front desk person appeared out of it. A separate group had screaming kids running up and down the halls. No coffee maker in room. Room is very basic. Probably our last time.”

“Terrible!!!! Went for a volleyball tournament in Kansas City. check in at 3 PM and our room was still not ready. Finally about 3:30/3:45 it was ready. Slowest elevators I have ever seen. We waited seven minutes as the elevator kept bypassing our floor. They have only 4 elevators,. not all of them were working at the same time. Our toilet overflowed so we had to move to a different room. paid $12 each night to park the car in an outdoor parking lot. I felt for a Hilton hotel it was very dirty and...

“If I could rate lower, I would. This place is uninhabitable. The rooms were filthy with broken equipment. The television was dangling off the wall, as was the lighting panel. The microwave and refrigerator were not operable. The beds were made of metal and continuously made noise. No one ever cleaned the room or replenished the towels during the three night stay. The window had no screen and was a hazard. The electrical panel was detached from the wall and there were NO security locks (hotel...

“Front desk agents were great. Buffet staff nice and helpful also. Buffet itself was ok, would've loves some bacon as that is normally as common breakfast item. Pool was closed for maintenance, but we were sent down the road to Embassy for pool. Parking was easy and convenient. Suite was very spacious and comfortable.”

“I liked the breakfasts and appetizers in the evening. It would have been nice to have the evening appetizer (which was really a wonderful meal), last a bit longer. We were at a dance competition which ended late both nights. We furiously drove to get back and arrived at 7:10 p.m. They were already cleaning up. We grabbed what we could but didn't end up getting very much. The thing I really disliked was the smell of our room. Apparently, there was a pet in there last. I always bring air...

“Kitchen had nothing (no dishes, silverware, glasses, pots or pans). Only stove, microwave, and fridge/freezer (with two empty ice trays in the freezer. Bed was okay and the pillows were great!”
