Hotel vicino a Rocky Point Park - Kansas City

“This is a place to avoid like the plague! People are rude, stupid and they kept me waiting 45 min at the airport without calling the driver for the shuttle bus (because -they justified- they had guests to check in!!!) crazy! Ah, 45 min at 11:00 pm!! Not in the morning. I had to take an Uber an pay 15 $ because the service was awful! Just awful! They didn’t even gave me - refund for the 15$ Uber! Those people are the worst you can find! Angela, Andrew and the general manager, you guys need to...

“They couldn’t find our reservation so check in took forever. Husband and wife (I believe that’s what they were) were arguing about our reservation behind the counter. Walking down the hallway to the room, all we could smell was pot. That’s great if you’re into that. Not so great if you have health issues. Then the room window was right above a fluorescent light. It was VERY bright in the room all night. Entire property was run down. Absolutely disgusting place. Would never stay here again.”

“Love the studio”

“The first room I was in the floors were gross, i felt like I needed shoes on just to walk around. The toilet seat was very obviously not cleaned. Counters were dirty. They did move me to another room with no issues. That room was better but the walls were still dirty, floors were better but not great. The microwave barely worked. The beds made me feel itchy but that could’ve been because I was already grossed out. They staff was very kind but they would not give me a straight answer about when...

“My room was on the surface looked clean. However. There was trash in the bathroom floor so I knew it was not cleaned. The front desk said they would have the room cleaned. Again, on the surface it looked straightened up but the trash was still on the floor so it was again not cleaned. The hotel offered me 30,000 points . The points were not added to my account. When I called about it they only authorized 20,000 points. Don’t clean the room nor keep their word. That’s a double wammy in my...

“The room was clean and overall clean hotel”

“Great staff but room wasn’t good”

“This is our second time staying at this location and it has been wonderful each time. The front desk staff even offered us plates and silverware for the pizza that we ordered. Our room was clean and comfortable perfect for an overnight stay to catch our plane the next morning.”

“I stay just for a night, staff professional and very friendly. Good as well the restaurant with great choise of draft beer. Very good the shuttle bus to airport.”

“We have stayed at this property several times. Have had no issues. Hotel is in an area which I feel safe taking outdoor walks. Very quiet location even being in the flight path of Kansas City International Airport. This is one we will likely visit again.”

“Very helpful loved the location close to all our activities”

“It was very comfortable and the staff was amazing!”

“staff were incredibly helpful! Our first trip to KC, MO and they were so helpful. It made our stay great and we had an incredible time!”

“The owners were excellent! They know so much about the area and are full of wonderful stories. Would love to hear more of them sometime. My dog and I stayed one night and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable, and it was a nice quiet location with plenty of grassy areas to walk my dog around. Really nice to have the full fridge and freezer available in the separate full kitchen to store my food items. A lot of interesting memorabilia and photos in the house as well. A few things...
