“This is a place to avoid like the plague! People are rude, stupid and they kept me waiting 45 min at the airport without calling the driver for the shuttle bus (because -they justified- they had guests to check in!!!) crazy! “Terrible!!!! Went for a volleyball tournament in Kansas City. check in at 3 PM and our room was still not ready. Finally about 3:30/3:45 it was ready. Slowest elevators I have ever seen. We waited seven minutes as the elevator kept bypassing our floor. They have only 4 elevators,. not all of them were working at the same time. Our toilet overflowed so we had to move to a different room. paid $12 each night to park the car in an outdoor parking lot. I felt for a Hilton hotel it was very dirty and...
