People are rude, stupid and they kept me waiting 45 min at the airport without calling the driver for the shuttle bus (because -they justified- they had guests to check in!!!) crazy! “We came to Kansas City for the birth of our granddaughter. We also had our grandson with us. At check in on Friday the staff let us check in early so he could take a nap. Trip was amazing granddaughter and my daughter are good and healthy and the staff at Dury Inn Kansas City Airport location was amazing. Food was also very good.”

Every night durung happy hour, she was professional, funny, never seen her sweat and she had a rude and disrespectful customer, but handled her with kindness and professionalism.
