“Great staff but room wasn’t good”

“This was a first-rate experience. The property is relatively new and seemingly state-of-the-art. Room was very spacious and tastefully designed, with lots of outlets and all expected amenities. Hot breakfast was excellent. Shuttle service was prompt and friendly. Staff was helpful and personable--with a much-appreciated sense of humor. Only suggestion--a few pastries at breakfast.”

“Upon arriving, I noticed that the interior of the hotel itself had a strong smell. I couldn’t put my finger on what the smell was until I entered my guest room - it smelled like strong carpet cleaner mixed with baby powder. Somewhat nauseating. “Good location for family meeting up in town”

“Traveling from Cali! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We arrived about 2.5hrs before check in and the front desk offered us a room that was way in the back where they were doing construction(she warned us it’d be loud during certain hours), we were okay with it & accepted. Surprisingly enough we only experienced noise for about 45min? Right after we arrived to our room so it was perfect either way. “The stay was great, but it started off a little rocky when the room we reserved wasn’t available. Instead of two queen beds in a room, the only room available was a room with a king bed and a pullout. Not so great for a family of six. But we figured that out. “The bathroom was recently repaired, however, I could see and smell the moisture damage around the bathroom door and door frame. Besides that issue, I wanted to take the mattress with me. It just molded to my body which was extremely helpful after the car accident I was injured in.”
