“Reception area and check-in needs serious improvements. Reception waiting area chairs are minimally available and desperately need replaced as they are thread bear and ripped. “I had a room with a connecting door and at 11.30 pm the next door room arrived and were loud and kept banging the door . The bathroom was tiny not worth the high price”

“I have no idea why this place doesn’t shut down to renovate. Everything is under construction. We walked in the door and the entire first floor was gutted and they’re putting the rooms together so there’s drywall all over the floor. We stayed on the third floor and all the smoke alarms were covered with black tape, missing ceiling tiles exposing the insulation that looked like they used to be pink, a lot of black (mold? Unsure but likely). The room smelled very odd, likely from the construction....

When I asked at checkout as I was packing up, the staff told me there was an ice cube tray in my freezer. Would have been helpful the night before so I could have filled it up and had at least a few cubes of ice for the road! There was only one push button coffee machine in the lobby and the sugar and cream options were the most basic I have ever seen. It was pitiful. Other than that...
