“Great staff but room wasn’t good”

“My room was on the surface looked clean. However. There was trash in the bathroom floor so I knew it was not cleaned. The front desk said they would have the room cleaned. Again, on the surface it looked straightened up but the trash was still on the floor so it was again not cleaned. The hotel offered me 30,000 points . The points were not added to my account. “The room was clean and overall clean hotel”

“We have stayed at this property several times. Have had no issues. Hotel is in an area which I feel safe taking outdoor walks. Very quiet location even being in the flight path of Kansas City International Airport. This is one we will likely visit again.”

“I stay just for a night, staff professional and very friendly. Good as well the restaurant with great choise of draft beer. Very good the shuttle bus to airport.”

“This is our second time staying at this location and it has been wonderful each time. The front desk staff even offered us plates and silverware for the pizza that we ordered. Our room was clean and comfortable perfect for an overnight stay to catch our plane the next morning.”

“Room was cleaned and presentable. Staff maintained the hotel lobby and the overall property. Breakfast, was simple but good. I actually loved the coffee (I dont know what it was but it was good!.. LOL). Nice, clean, affordable hotel.”

People are rude, stupid and they kept me waiting 45 min at the airport without calling the driver for the shuttle bus (because -they justified- they had guests to check in!!!) crazy! Ah, 45 min at 11:00 pm!! Not in the morning. I had to take an Uber an pay 15 $ because the service was awful! Just awful! They didn’t even gave me - refund for the 15$ Uber! Those people are the worst you can find! Angela, Andrew and the general manager, you guys need to...

“Breakfast could be better and its not free”

“Great location and value”

“It was very comfortable and the staff was amazing!”
