“This is a place to avoid like the plague! People are rude, stupid and they kept me waiting 45 min at the airport without calling the driver for the shuttle bus (because -they justified- they had guests to check in!!!) crazy! Ah, 45 min at 11:00 pm!! Not in the morning. I had to take an Uber an pay 15 $ because the service was awful! Just awful! They didn’t even gave me - refund for the 15$ Uber! Trip was amazing granddaughter and my daughter are good and healthy and the staff at Dury Inn Kansas City Airport location was amazing. Food was also very good.”
