“This is a place to avoid like the plague! People are rude, stupid and they kept me waiting 45 min at the airport without calling the driver for the shuttle bus (because -they justified- they had guests to check in!!!) crazy! Ah, 45 min at 11:00 pm!! Not in the morning. I had to take an Uber an pay 15 $ because the service was awful! Just awful! They didn’t even gave me - refund for the 15$ Uber! “The bathroom was recently repaired, however, I could see and smell the moisture damage around the bathroom door and door frame. Besides that issue, I wanted to take the mattress with me. It just molded to my body which was extremely helpful after the car accident I was injured in.”

“This place wants you to check in with a kiosk instead of the person behind the desk. The kiosk has you doing essentially a video call with someone at another location for check in. It is time consuming and the communication is bad. Very bad experience. Breakfast options were a bowl of cereal or toast. Bare bones and not really worth coming downstairs for.”

Room was great - except the AC wasn't consistent throughout the entire room, likely because of the rooms shape. Staff were very helpful, especially as it concerned parking. The day I left was the last day of free parking, though their back lot was not available during that time because of the break-down of the facility from Argentina's stay, so perhaps their back lot...
