“Traveling from Cali! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. We arrived about 2.5hrs before check in and the front desk offered us a room that was way in the back where they were doing construction(she warned us it’d be loud during certain hours), we were okay with it & accepted. Surprisingly enough we only experienced noise for about 45min? Right after we arrived to our room so it was perfect either way. “Upon arriving, I noticed that the interior of the hotel itself had a strong smell. I couldn’t put my finger on what the smell was until I entered my guest room - it smelled like strong carpet cleaner mixed with baby powder. Somewhat nauseating. Other than the smell, I had issues with getting locked out of the hotel each night. My key card would always deactivate every day. “One of a kind property that defies categorization. Worked out very well for us as a couple traveling with our dog. Owners were friendly and flexible. Antiques and knickknacks throughout the property as well as steep stairs make it not particularly kid-friendly. Can walk to restaurants and park nearby. ”

People are rude, stupid and they kept me waiting 45 min at the airport without calling the driver for the shuttle bus (because -they justified- they had guests to check in!!!) crazy! Ah, 45 min at 11:00 pm!! Not in the morning. I had to take an Uber an pay 15 $ because the service was awful! Just awful! They didn’t even gave me - refund for the 15$ Uber! “We enjoyed the breakfast options, much nicer than at other facilities we stayed at on this trip. The room was very comfortable. Didn't have (or need) much interaction with staff, but when we did they were accommodating and helpful. ”
