Hotel a North Crows Nest

“The guy working the desk at check-in was nice. However, there was a bug on the curtain in our room when we arrived. We were so tired that we just got rid of it and told the girl who was working the check-out desk in the morning. The elevator was working when we checked in, but was broken the next morning. Breakfast was just ok. We would probably not stay here again.”

“The lady who helped us check in was phenomenal! Super sweet, and when I asked her for help with our air conditioning, we discovered it wasn’t working properly and she immediately offered to upgrade our room. 10/10 customer service from everyone here. ”

“I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is always very clean, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows are especially comfortable. Highly recommend if you need an hotel and are in the area. ”

“Upon arriving back to my room Saturday night, my door was unlocked and left open (I’m assuming following being cleaned that day), which is very unsafe and frustrating when you are paying for a safe place to store belongings. I did not notice any belongings missing but could easily have happened or anyone could’ve entered my room. “Room was ok, not great crumbs on bed when first arrived. Had to plug the mini fridge in myself!. Hallways were kind of sketchy, smelt like pot. Elevator was like a bad carnival ride, went down too fast, then took forever to reach second floor. ”
