Our keys quit working on Saturday when my husband told her she made it known she didn't know how it kept happening after all her master key was working. Next morning as we are eating breakfast I watched three different people come up to the desk to check+out each time they had to wait awhile since she kept going to the back, it was check out time she was not paying attention to the front desk. “Near theodore roosevelt national park so location was the reason for staying. Had problems with room #331: shower would not work and required 2 or 3 visits from Hotel staff to get shower to slightly work or to shut off. Hotel refused changing rooms or allowing us to shower in another room. Sink was slow and needs cleaning. Entry / hallway sink electrical plug has something broken off in plug, making it unuseful. King bed was painfuly beyond its useful life and sagging. Refrigerator cabinet was...
