“Everything was great, clean, newly remodeled, had everything we needed for our stay. It was especially helpful to have quality pots and pans and other appliances such as a blender and microwave. Laundry is free and on site, huge bonus. Beach is just a few minutes away, we walked but you can bike or park in the designated parking lot with the pass provided. Will come again!”

“Very comfortable, inviting stay at the Beachy Cape Coral getaway after a long journey from Minnesota, trying to get ahead of back to back Winter storms. So when we arrived at this beautiful home, it was such a beautiful place to rest and rejuvenate. “This home was perfect for our family of 4 and was exactly as described. The golf cart was in the shop, so the owners rented one for us to use. It was so much fun cruising around the island, loading it up with the beach chairs and umbrellas to go to the beach and taking it to see the sunsets. We didn't use the kayaks, because it seemed a bit far to walk them to the beach, but it would have been doable. There were bikes, but only 1 was usable after a little work. All tires were flat and seats...

"Camera essenziale in un contesto di residence con piccola piscina. La camera era rumorosa ma essenziale. Sgarbato il personale del bar del complesso. Non si fanno capire e pretendono la mancia senza però corrispondere un servizio soddisfacente e soprattutto cortese. È vicino al mare per cui 5 minuti e si in acqua. Ristoranti pochi e male assortiti. C'è di meglio."
