Hotel storici a North Jackson - Ridgeland

“Personale cordiale ”

“My hotel room was ok. The bathroom has bugs in it and needed a deep cleaning so did the kitchen sink. The toilet was running all night which made it unbearable to sleep”

“Started off a little bumpy the check in was difficult they said we didn’t have a room but then she found us one. I had this booked several weeks in advance so I thought there should be no issues with check in process. This took some time. The property was nice and pleasant. The breakfast offered is great! Plenty of room in the room we booked. Clean property and pleasant staff. We got a later check out time which was nice. After bumpy start everything else was great!”

“The room appeared to be pretty clean, although when I spilled some clear liquid on the floor, the white towel I used to wipe it up with tuned pretty black, and the curtain in the window was see- through. Overall it wasn't mad, however.”

“It was clean”

“Nothing”

“The hotel has had a complete restoration and look great. The step in shower was easy for me to use. Breakfast was very nice.”

“Bathroom was horrible… toilet was not clean”

“The property was an Extended Stay America in a very good location. New ownership with Motel 6 has severe issues. No housekeeping unless you stay 14 days or more. No thrash take out no clean towels. It offers No Amenities such coffee pot, water and no pots, pans or dishes in the unit. No hospitality. The Staff was rarely in the office. No security. Television had service issues for over a month. I was charged additional charges upon arrival even I had prepaid my entire stay. Staff refused to list...
