"L’albergo è ottimo e il prezzo è conveniente. La colazione sufficiente. L’unico difetto è che essendo a ridosso dell’aeroporto si sente forte in stanza il rumore degli aerei in partenza."

Palestra vista piscina e vista baia..whole food a pochi passi e dintorni silenziosi fuori dal caos che comunque puoi raggiungere in 4/5min di uber..peccato che non facciano manutenzione..i tappeti sono sporchi e basterebbe lavarli ogni tanto..le docce perdono tutte e i frigoriferi sono pieni di cose inutili e costose..le ante basse hanno cerniere da lubrificare e cigolano..se vuoi bere di notte devi svegliare tutti!..spero che recepiscano il messaggio perché l'hotel merita "

"Uno dei migliori hotel del centro di Miami, ottima posizione sul mare, difronte a Bayfront Park e vicinissimo a ristoranti e negozi. Tutto il personale è molto efficiente e disponibile, il check in è veloce ed abbiamo goduto di un upgrade gratuito. Le camere ampie, completamente rinnovate, la nostra con vista mare, letti molto comodi, bagno grande e dotato di tutti i comfort. La hall e tutte le aree comuni sono belle ed eleganti, molto luminose e spaziose. Ottimo il ristorante Toro Toro. "

"A beautiful property in an excellent location, but poorly managed. There’s zero customer care, with inexperienced staff and a management team disinterested in problem-solving — treating guests as if they were staying for free. The restaurant staff, however, are outstanding. Key issues included my room key deactivating an hour after check-in. The receptionist made me wait in line behind six other guests before addressing it, and only after a manager intervened was I asked for ID — which was locked in my room. I had to retrieve a copy of my passport from my phone to get a new key. We moved chairs in the lobby to accommodate our group of six, only to be told at departure to return them. One day, three of our rooms were not cleaned, and the response when I called was shockingly indifferent. The lack of professionalism and staff training was evident. The cold, unsmiling checkout experience summed it up. Despite reporting issues through Expedia, no one from management reached out to apologize. It’s a shame, as the potential is there, but the guest experience is seriously lacking with one star services."
