Wifi password, where to take garbage and recycles out. Left one morning, put 2 clear plastic garbage bags filled with recycles ( brown paper bag. Every room was occupied, so I had to spend an hour on the phone with Expedia to get a refund. Once I received a refund (at 10 pm), I had to leave to find a place to stay. “The HVAC units are a huge problem here. They’re mounted on plywood in each room and are terribly loud. Very difficult to sleep. You can hear them roaring in the hallways too. Many people were complaining and trying to find quieter rooms. HUGE issue if you want good sleep. ”
