“I had reserved an accessible room with wheel-in shower. When I checked in I learned that room wasn't available nor any other accessible room. The only room available was inaccessible. It was late and I had no choice but to stay there. I was told I'd be moved to accessible room the next day, which did occur but it had a tub with shower chair. “This is our second stay here and we loved it both times! We decided to go for the level up in rooms this time and it was totally worth it for the bathtub, kitchen, and living room area. It was so nice that we decided to change our evening plans one of the days we were in town to just lay around and enjoy the room. We will be coming back!”
