“Everything is fine”

“During our stay the sewer line backed up 3 different times. The first time it took over 4 hours to get someone to the house in order to address the issue. The contractor advised that he was at this house several times in the past, so this seems to be an ongoing issue. In addition, one side of the house was not ready at the indicated check in. The outside pool area was a complete disaster filled with leaves and other debris. We were told that the pool was ready to go, however, it didn't look like...

“Mattresses needed be flipped, vacuumed and the room should likely be fumigated. The older Hispanic gentleman at the desk was patient, respectful, and classy. He definitely worked to make things right. Pest control should be made a greater priority.”
