“Everything was horrible. The condition of the hotel was a disaster. The only thing that was kept up was the lobby. The lady who checked me in was very nice to me and another guy on night shift was ok. I was traveling with my friend because our daughters had a cheer competition and the lady who checked her in was very very rude. There was a cockroach and her room and they sent the CHEF to come and grab it 😒. This was the worst experience ever from Hilton Garden. ”
