“This was more a motel than a hotel. AC had been off before we arrived and room was damp and smelled damp. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was minimum, sort of greasy. We were in a construction area and right off the highway and busy commercial space. It did not live up to the rating it had on Expedia.”

“Overall, our stay at Hallmark Inn in San Antonio was good. Sonia at the front desk was friendly and even let us check in an hour early with no hesitation, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, and we liked that the AC unit stayed running instead of constantly turning off like in many hotels. There currently aren’t any amenities available due to renovations, but hopefully there will be improvements once they’re finished.”

“I had a fantastic experience, my only complaint would be the coffee was burnt in the lobby. But that’s not much of a complaint, lol.”

“It is a dated hotel and the room smelled musty probably from the AC. It is nice they serve breakfast but it is same menu everyday (stayed for 4 nights) and very basic. Our room was not cleaned because we were told from the receptionist that we had the please don't disturb sign overnight. I guess they check the tag at 6am and if it is on the door, they don't clean it that day. ”
