“Had trouble with the television the 1st day wasn't working properly and switched rooms the second day. Also the 1st night the toilet clogged at 11pm no night maintenance so I was told I would have to unclog it myself and come get the plunger so when I went downstairs to do that it was 3 staff members at the front desk
So no I will not be going back there.”

“My stay in Boerne started with an incorrect booking that (at the beginning) the manager didn't want to change or refund. After my email to the Best Western Customer Care everything is solved. When I met the manager (after a month) he was very kind. So, good stay in Boerne... ”
