“The rooms were spacious, with a fridge, microwave, and stove. Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Staff was very helpful. I arrived at 2 am from the airport, that they complementary shuttles to and from .”

“"Market Pantry" is a closet in one of the hallways that has chips and candy bars. There are no signs indicating that the items are for sale nor is there a price indicated. I took 2 items, closed the pantry door and started walking to my room. An employee ran after me yelling that I owed money. I was embarrassed and paid her but told her there should be price tags on the shelves to indicate the items are for sale”

“This is an IHG company and let me tell you.. they maintain their status as a 4 to 5 star hospitality company. I highly advise you book and R2M here for you or your family during your travels.”

“TOO FAR TO PARK VEHICLE AND A HIDEN CHARED $20,00 A NIGHT, GOT CHARGED TWICE, ONCE BY EXPEDIA AN ONCE BY EMBACISE SUITES, FRONT DESK ATTENDENT NOT CHEERFUL OR POLITE, I WILL NEVER STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN IN ANY TOWN.”

“Excelente estancia en general: aunque parece que tienen un inventario limitado de toallas. Normalmente reponen las que se van usando; en mi caso no (pero nunca faltaron). Lo que no me gustó es que me cargaron 19 usd por una sola llamada local; me parece un auténtico robo (lo tuve que usar porque no tenía una línea disponible, solo Internet).”

“Everything was wonderful”

“Did a early checkout and the staff supposedly had their system frozen and they needed to reset their system, they asked if I wanted to wait for a receipt kr they can send by email. They never did, talked to expedia and hotel and they basically couldn't do anything because there was no notes said the manager at the hottel. I really hope the with ugly nails who supposedly was going to send the receipt and the other guy who was working with her lose the exact amount or more money they srole from...

“This was our second time staying here, because the staff in amazing!! They are so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast staff goes up and beyond helping you and making sure you are enjoying your breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable. My kid goes to college there so we will be staying here a lot!!”
