“Water slides were great. However, for three days, I had to call to get our room cleaned and towels replaced. We left in the morning and when we returned 4 or 5 pm, our room was not done. We did not have the “privacy” sign on the door.”

“Beautiful location. Convenient for restaurants, river walk. River looked like brown sludge from the recent rain. Parking is an issue unless you want to pay $50+ tip for valet. Restaurant and bar on site. Staff friendly. Room clean.”

“The staff is fantastic!! The spa was wonderful. Where they fall short is their technology and engineering kinks need to be worked out, and the restaurant, in room dining food was ok at best, sometimes terrible but two great items were the salad with green goddess dressing and the chia pudding with passion fruit and pears! They try too hard, too fancy doesn't mean great taste. Also, for this price, it should be organic!! The room key didn't work (more than 3x to set this up right, engineering...
