“Il residence offre appartamenti spaziosi ed è comodo da raggiungere da ogni parte di Auckland, con negozi, supermercati e fast food nei paraggi. Non mi è piaciuto il non poter spegnere l’aria condizionata che è centralizzata e la distanza tra la reception e l’appartamento assegnatomi”

“The suite was well equipped, bed was comfortable, view was good. Weather wasn't good enough to enable a dip in the pool. Wifi was terrible. I informed reception who were going to look into it but I heard nothing back. I tried on 2 devices I managed to connect with 1 for only 1 minute before it dropped out and I couldn't connect again.”

“Great location but the room needs some renovation works”

“The check-in and check-out process was super easy (we were allowed to do late check-in!). The apartment was super clean, spacious and ideal for longer stays since it has a kitchen equipped with all the needed supplies. They even gave us milk for coffee/tea. The location is amazing since is it a 2min walk to the beach and close to the bus stop to travel to wineries on the island. Highly recommend!”

“Worried it maybe a little of a noisy area with train lines and main road however it was much better than we expected, good facilities, clean and tidy and free on road parking right outside the hotel as our car was too large for the hotel parking. Good beds and pillows, We will be staying again.”

“La posizione ë comoda per il CBD ma la presenza melle immediate vicinanze di una mensa per senzatetto e di alcuni esercizi commerciali "esotici" (o meglio, asiatici...) non rende allegro il contesto. Servizio cortese ma un po' distratto: il primo giorno non abbiamo avuto la colazione prevista, che non é niente di che, ma se é compresa ci piacebbe averla...”
