“The check-in instructions were to retrieve the key from the lock box. However, there was no key in the box and the door was locked. We attempted to call, text, and message Vanessa through the app with no response all night. I also reached out to VRBO customer support and they also were not able to contact her. After over an hour waiting outside in the dark with all of our luggage, the next door neighbor said we could go through their unit and try the lanai door on our unit, which mercifully...

“Management was available to help us locating the unit after a prolonged travel day (it was late at night). The unit was just as described. One pool was just a few steps away from the building. The golf course was behind the unit and had a nice walking path. It was a great location and allowed for us to explore the North Shore. Would recommend booking with Helena and her team!!”
