Only caution I have — the unit was rather warm when we arrived. However, we turned on the AC units and placed fans in common areas, and then went out for dinner. “We stayed at the property for 3 nights with our two boys who are 22 and 23 years old. We loved the proximity to the beaches, attractions, food trucks, golf and the Ritz Carlton. The property is exactly as it is described. The kitchen is stocked with everything necessary to make meals and the beds are super comfortable. Beach chairs and towels are also provided. We enjoyed walking to the public beach access and we used the hiking trails to other beaches on and near the Ritz Carlton property. We...

“The view of the ocean was the only positive for this condo. The A/C consists of portable indoor units which are very noisy. The mattress on the bed was very thin and uncomfortable, as were the pillows. There is a lot of construction on site for building maintenance and so the parking lot is a mess. We had to park a quarter of a mile down the street. Walking to and from the car was dangerous and inconvenient, as the road is busy. The lock boxes are in a very poorly lit hallway.
