“The room was clean, but unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. Our room was in the basement with no outside natural light, and the only window opened toward the pool area, which made the room feel very closed in. We felt trapped in the space rather than comfortable and relaxed. Front desk staff was welcoming, breakfast was good. Housekeeping did not make up the room during our stay. “Il soggiorno è durato due giorni. All'arrivo circa un'ora prima del check in, ci è stato chiesto un extra per avere la camera. La camera , al secondo piano,era raggiungibile solo tramite scale,in quanto ascensore non presente. Con le valigie non siamo stati aiutati. Il soggiorno nel complesso è stato buono anche la colazione discreta, la cosa più antipatica si è verificata il secondo giorno in quanto non hanno rifatto la camera e sostituito gli asciugamani.
