“Nice friendly staff, however the cleanliness of the property was not good. The first room I was given had a large stain on the carpet. The carpets in the hallways are also covered in stains. They really need to replace the carpets. Parking was always available and the location was good, very central to the lower North Shire which I needed.”

“This was our second stay at the Emerald Inn. We stayed last year and liked it so much that we booked again for December, but in the meantime needed a last-minute trip and decided to try them again — glad we were able to get a room. It didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and comfortable. A little kitchenette is a great bonus even though we didn’t use it, and having a coffee press in the room was a huge plus. Free laundry facilities on-site with flexible hours were also a big bonus. The location...
