“Receptionist was pleasant upon check-in.Bedroom was clean, pillows very thin. Bathroom completely unacceptable. Black mould around cornice and frame of window, toilet pedestal completely cracked in half across the bottom, towel hook snapped off from back of door and worst of all, hair in shower grate. These issues could be fixed with some old fashioned “elbow grease” and a trip to a hardware store. Lots of highway noise and the constant cutting in and out of the aircon unit below our room made...

“We had a room on the highway side of the building and despite double glazing it was quite noisy. The air conditioning was noisy and didn’t work very well and the bed was very soft. ”
