Hotel romantici a North Shore

“Condo was extremely dirty upon arrival. Sheets and towels stained, and floors were not clean. We found wet towels in the washing machine from the previous occupants. Had to rewash ourselves. 5 roaches crawled out from under the kitchen base cabinets. Coffee pot didn't work and kitchen accessories were a mess. Also were unable to open rear sliding glass door. We had friends staying in units in the same community and their units had been updated and were clean. I would not recommend this condo for...

“Everything was absolutely wonderful! Helena was very responsive and checked in on us. There were chairs and towels to use for the pool along with more consumable supplies available than I’ve ever seen in a rental! THANK YOU!”

“The condo was immaculate. The bed was amazing. Appliances brand new and high tech, had to Google how to use them. Host was very responsive and easy to work with. Pool was nice and clean. Grounds were well maintained. If you are looking for a wonderful, peaceful great place to stay on the grounds of turtle bay this is a wonderful option! Exceeded expectations. I wish we could have stayed longer.”

“The villa(s) worked out perfectly for our family of 2. We had 2 units. I couldn't give a 5 rating since we arrived towards the end of the storms, had heavy rains, were without power for 2 days, the water was contaminated and not drinkable, and the ocean was brown and not safe. None of these were the fault of the villa owner (obviously), but it would have been nice to have had some communication from them with information about what was going on. But we loved our view of the garden and oceans....
