“The only complaint was when we filled-out our search and we put filters in that.We wanted a swimming pool, Expedia's book desk there.And they didn't know there was no swimming pool , do better”

“They entered my room each day to clean when I wasn’t present, the room key had several issues and I had to get someone from the desk to let me into my room, the shower was terrible, the water never got hot once, the shower did not drain well at all so you were always standing in a puddle to shower. The breakfast was often out of stuff and the staff was not attentive to refilling the items, there were lots of people and long waits for the elevators.”

“Conveniently located just steps from PNC Park. Room was nice and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful! Good breakfast buffet included.”
