“This is a great townhouse, clearly updated compared to most places in deer park. I have stayed at a bunch of places in deer park and this one has been updated. Granite countertops, modern appliances, and renovated master bathroom. One note - as stated on the listing, there is no AC, which was not a problem for us, as the place is shaded by trees nicely. The owner is very responsive and easy to deal with. On top of all that, Deer Park itself is a great place for families, as the beach and pool...

William was very helpful and was available to help with any queries. We would definitely stay again!”

“Just a wonderful place to stay. Particularly for four adults. That there is air-conditioning in every single room, including the living room is the biggest plus. Truly a very comfortable place for people who need air-conditioning. The living room was great. The kitchen was also good. We brought some of our favorite. Utensils from home, which made it even better. I can’t say enough about how responsible and responsive the owners were regarding any questions we might have.had”
