“Excellent experience. Staff friendly, helpful and nice. Did not like the breakfast pancake machine is lousy. Breakfast hot food was cold. Expedia has let me down miserably not helping me with a double booked flights and saying Flair should do it...Flair saying Expedia should, What is the USA?????? Very sad I have been with them for years and now I have a problem no help.”

“Air Conditioner was broken on the room. Staff refused to accommodate a request for another room with working AC or offer any sort of discount on the room for the issue.”
